And that's why we're now repeatedly being turned over away from home. Often against pretty average teams.

But we’ve been playing like that all season and it’s got us where we are, he’s not going to change it, you’d expect your back 4 to do the basics but they can’t, anyway, games gone,QPR Saturday then 2 home games after that, just keep winning our home games and we’ll get away with being shit away,

Lampard no offence but seriously can you have a think and realise that this 3-1-6 isn’t working. It’s slow, tedious and just plays into other team hands when they press us in. Also if we have to watch that shite the least you can do, is come over a give us a pity clap before a 2-3 hour journey home

Also while here Kitching and Thomas both of you can feck off. You want to be premier league footballers, now’s your chance fecking play like one.

Made Norwich look like world beaters and fair play. There 24 is some player.

Derby fans did warn us that Lampard is great when playing gun ho works but he gets found out and the team concede goals

They overran our midfield as soon as the whistle blew. We should have changed things early to counter it .

How many champions elect teams in the past have said that though? Did Leeds have the "we're always shit away at Norwich" attitude? Or Fulham the "we never play well on a Tuesday night" attitude? If we want to do this, they need to start fucking acting like it, whether its a fucking Wednesday away or a Saturday at home! And at the moment, theyre acting like a bunch of pussies that clearly arent up for the fight. No chance of any of them having the fight to keep us up IF we do go up! We'll roll over 10-0 every week with these clowns.

At least give your midfield a fucking chance rather than leaving it wide open with just two recognised midfielders.

Josh Eccles in the 10 looks lost too. Can we stop pissing about with that and play him in the middle.

Torp spends half his time going on adventures upfield anyway, stick him there.

Drop Torp and stick Rudi there with instruction not to go outside the width of the 18 yard box

We all know what our record is like in the Championship playoffs. So if we cannot get autos, we may as well wave the white flag.

Kitching especially needs a time on the sidelines.

He's a good player, but he's in awful form, and the point of a squad is that you can pick players on form. Perhaps Lati deserves a run. He's limited, but Kitching's form is making him a liability.

Norwich were nothing special whatsoever by the way. Unlike a lot of games where teams have taken it up a level, these were right there for the taking.

Lampard takes a ridiculous gamble and selects a wafer thin midfield. What on Earth was he thinking with that? What have we spent a week doing to prepare?

Could easily have won that but for a genuinely junior school mistake by Kitching
Mistake to take wright off

That's the sign of a good manager; one who is able to rectify and tweak things when they are no longer working.

So many players off the boil though
Emc Torp and grimes were awful first half
After we scored we were great for 5 mins and after they equalised it was all us but we then messed up fiddling with the ball

The pain is knowing if we don't make it it's surely years before an opportunity like this comes around again. A season where so many of the usual suspects have had bad seasons and even the others have taken so long to come good

Hope the players felt that too, too many under par and weak performances.

So what would you do with those players to change it, bearing in mind we’ve got defenders who can’t defend, we just have to out score teams, if we don’t take our chances that’s what happens, won’t be the last game we lose playing like that

If we’re still in the autos at the end of it I’ll be stunned.
