Several things to sort out first.
Who will pay them the police, several matches will bring more fans than Northampton get.
I don't think they are in favour of this.
Do they have to powers to stop this going ahead

I doubt it - but the cost of policing would likely rocket as they would have to second police from Coventry to police it.

Bit of a long shot, that, but SISU will have to pay at least part of the Policing bill I reckon:

In fairness that would have also been the case at the Ricoh I guess, unless ACL paid it.

I suspect it's some of the costs that TF whined about paying last season, when he claimed that SISU were still paying some 'rent'.

well someone will have to pay the police and the stewards, thats if ours don't take up the offer.NTFC stewards might not want to steward it.
each match has to have a certain amount stewards and police to have a safety certificate.

Actually, if I remember correctly what he said was, "I'm paying some rent boys".

Or was it, "I'm paying some rent, boys."

So hard to recall.

On a serious note....how the hell can this ground-share be allowed to go through? The FL rules say that it is only possible to ground-share IF there is no viable alternative within the conerbation. Clearly there is an alternative!

Tony, I think you're flogging a dead horse. CCFC possibly going down the pan and people get witty and crack jokes. Or get told 'what's the use, SISU will win.'
For crying out loud, when are the City fans going to pull together and show some spine?

It's not only us but the FL that should show some "spine". They are supposed to be running football in this country by a set of rules but companies such as Shitzu seem to be able to run rings around them. It stinks!!!!

To be honest mate, I'm not sure there's much more to be done from the sidelines. It's down to ACL and/or the FL to stop the madness now. I'm not panicking yet, because I think there's a way to go before TF gets his dream.

Laughing at TF and all his bs seems as good a use of time here as anything else, there's bugger all footy to actually talk about at the mo, at least in CCFC terms.

It is another weapon we the fans can use, by turning up but not going in will give the old bill a real headache, they won't know how many are coming and won't know who is going in and who isn't until kick-off. if a few hundred stay on the outside I am sure it would drain resources very quickly at a cost to local ratepayers. The important thing though is cause no trouble

Surely the best thing to do is not to come to Northampton at all. Not a penny more and all that.
