Was listening to radio today not sure what station could have been 5live. We were discussed and a number of Cov fans rang up. An Everton fan rang in and spoke really well sounded like Jim Royal and accused Northampton Town chairman of being complicit in what he thinks will be the death of football club and urged fans from all over to contact the NTFC chairman and express their disgust. Also said he thought the players union should get involved and go even as far as getting their players to threaten some sort of action.

He's got a point to be fair. you could say the Northampton Town chairman, board etc acted in good faith initially (although a bit of research would have been a good idea) but by now they can be in no doubt what Coventry fans and the rest of the football world think and they aren't coming out of this looking too good.

If I was a Northampton fan I'd be very worried about my club getting involved with SISU, you just know there will be something round that corner they aren't expecting.

I wish no Ill on Northampton Town, especially the fans, but the chairman deserves everything he gets if he gets involved with sisu. Its not like he hasn't had prior warming.

Same goes for Rugby Borough Council if they grant planning permission for the fish shack.

I feel sick about this. Northampton are a good club, with a solid future. They dont deserve to be wrapped up in this. God only knows what lies were spun by Joy and her cronies, and i feel awful if their chairman has eaten it hook & sinker. He wouldnt be the first suit to have been duped by this conglomerate of c-nts. What a f-cking mess.

If he had any sense he'd pull out. It's not worth the hassle.

I hope he sees himself straight and burn any paperwork lodged by the proverbial empty black hole that is Joy's 'business ethics in practise' folder.

Better yet, lets offer Akinfenwa a few pounds to go and kick the, i use this next term vaguely, living daylights out of the board at CCFC.
