Well here we are.Next season's Div 2 game where we are playing at home when it's really away, against the away side who are really at home - confused?
I predict a riot when we have only 200 "home" fans with 5,000 "away" fans storming SisuFields to get into their ground. It will be quite amusing when the Cobblers start singing "shit ground no fans"!

I remember reading on the walsall forum that one of the reasons they turned sisu down was they didnt want to put their own fans through the experience of sitting in the away end at their own ground. Cardoza had no such qualms. Infact I don't think he ran the idea past our trust before agreeing the rent deal, I mean why should he, why should the main source of revenue for the club have a say in such matters.

Anyway I reckon we'll finish mid table and you lot will too so no match in league two or one next year!

Why would have Cardoza asked us? Surely it should have been SISU asking?

You do realise there's 43 games left and a decent chance we're not going to go down and a chance Northampton aren't going to go up??

Sorry yeah thats what I meant. Whereas the walsall board considered the impact that sharing their ground would have on their own fanbase, Cardoza didn't, and he didn't consult, just went ahead and did it. I know for a fact that some long time trust members are not happy with the rent deal but their views are not sort.

The people that defend the likes of SISU and Cardoza and other owners say they have the right to act as they wish because they "saved" their respective clubs, well in our case we were saved by our trust a decade before Cardoza came on the scene but they don't get a say.
