Basically, we still can't fully trust what the club says....different ownership, same bollocks and no open and honest comms. I'm hoping Doug is thinking "what the fuck" and acts on it over the summer rather than just allow it to pass. The fact that the club had a "dress rehearsal" (not like for like I know) to sell out a game and get it soo wrong is very frustrating
I presumed it was connected to season ticket holders having 2 tickets, but then booking seats other than their own so as to be sat together, then leaving some kind of surplus come the end of the day, but then why would the spare tickets be in the North Stand?
I guess it could also have been connected to IT issues with tickets stuck in a 'payment pending' status that didn't end up paid.
