If there are people refusing to give sisu any money, can they moan when and if players are sold?
Tell me a time when CCFC haven't sold their best players Nick ???
Because as long as I can remember we've sold them regardless...this is no different

True, so are you saying that when it comes to transfers SISU are no better or worse then any other board?

If you look at the net league position of blindly selling your best players; they've produced a result worse than any other in two generations or more, haven't they?

As I put in another thread, Nick:
.... I quote from Greg Clarke's interview with the Telegraph:
'Sky Blues boss Tim Fisher claimed this week the club had shown the League proof of funds for the cash/equity part of the total costs of building a stadium (potentially more than £10million for a £25m stadium, with the rest borrowed); that Otium had been “recapitalised” by Sisu-related Cayman Islands-based hedge fund Arvo Master Fund; and that the company could fund the club’s losses while groundsharing'.
SISU can't say they're aware of the financial ramifications of ground-sharing, and place assurances with the authorities thet they will cover them, and then sell players to cover them. That's why

Yet as far we haven't sold anyone...

Are you saying there's no point in NOPM then?
The fact that the question is being asked means its workingIf there are people refusing to give sisu any money, can they moan when and if players are sold

It will hurt SISU's finances and credibility (!?!), certainly. Personally - and this is my view - I don't believe SISU have any intention of staying at Northampton for five years. I don't believe they have any intention of building a new stadium. I think they either want ACL to crumble, or a buyer to come in and relieve them of their burden. Or a combination of both.
As such, I think Fisher's words are posturing; and if people wish to test him by withholding funds, then that's their prerogative; and this was a likely outcome Fisher would have been aware of after the fans forums - and one he assured he Football League SISU were prepared and able to cover
But he even said we would all come flocking back after a couple of games. We are not the sheep he thought we were though.

all clubs do , but they replace them, sisu just bring in freebies and rely on the kids, this will not bring progress as time has shown.Tell me a time when CCFC haven't sold their best players Nick ???

if we were at the Ricoh and people were still boycotting and supporting NOPM then you would have a point and I would agree
Attendances were always going to be crap though at sixfields regardless of the NOPM campaign.

I didn't say they had. But Nick asked a conditional question: 'If there are people refusing to give sisu any money, can they moan?'. I was pointing out that yes they can, given Fisher's assurances
Not the popular view, but I do tend to agree with you.
I never said you did however as of yet not one player we want to keep has gone out the door, there is no point in assuming anything else until you have clear facts.
No. And to go back to the very first post; Nick asked 'if' they did, would we be right in feeling aggrieved. Every post thereafter answers this question as a hypothesis as set by the OP; and assumes nothing?!?
How can you say that, given Fisher's assurances to the Football League?
They said they'd cover losses. Clearly. Now you're agreeing that if people don't go, and the losses are accrued that SISU said they'd cover, they're able to sell players to cover the loss?!?
Why bother with NOPM if you believe the above is true?
