Ordered tickets last Sat morning (9), waited all week to arrive, nothing, message club, told me to wait till after Sat post (fair enough).
No ticket in post, so followed info on website and emailed the CCFC Ticketmaster email address yesterday at 11.00.
No response from email, strangely also no auto response to email.
Is anybody in the same position?
I was expecting to receive a reply saying "pick up at Box Office on day ticket will be ready, you need to take a xxxxx form of ID with you".
How long were you waiting?I had to que up last year guys wasn't waiting too long but it's a pain in the arse having to do it when u could be having a few beers

Actually spoke to ticketmaster on Friday as the tickets ordered on Monday still hadn’t turned up. Told me they’d send e tickets on Saturday but they never did.
Heard of so many people in the same boat so I’m expecting a big queue when I get there on Monday.
Coach doesn’t leave Bedworth until 9.00 either so not going to get there before 11.00.
Not the clubs fault but wish they’d actually take this up with ticketmaster on our behalf.
Sure it will get sorted but just makes an already nervous pre match worse.

Have you checked your online account from the ticket site to see if a copy has been placed in there ?

Hi Dean. Emails will be picked up until 5pm today. The west ticket office will be open at 11am, where reprints/duplicates can be arranged #PUSB

The thing in life is you should not assume anything, so asking us to email, no worries but there should also be a reply from the to say it's been actioned.
There was a lot of justified criticism of the clubs ticketing performance so they handed it over to a specialist company same as lots of clubs and venues do. That doesn't excuse Ticketmaster, but I think it's unfair to blame the club
And if we don't use Ticketmaster who do we use? We have arranged for duplicate tickets to be printed.
