I have heard Pressley had 4 new players ready to sign, for free, in the next few days but now with a bit of cash he has focused on 'buying' targets, Things starting to pick up me's thinks.

Heard ? Or are you just speculating? Not a dig, but it's not a great leap in logic to come up with(actually, now it does sound like a - small - dig ). Seriously, where did you hear it?

Any real news on a new stadium would be bad news. We don't want SISU piling the club with yet more debt and interest charges to a build a white elephant of a ground in the middle of nowhere .... we have one of those already!

BBR I totally agree your doubt especially I said Boyd would sign. My father lives at Ryton and goes to the training ground EVERYDAY. He used to be a friend of Jim the gateman but Jim has left and has been replaced by 'nasal Graham'. My dad knows more than SP what is going on and since he can't now go to watch the first team his enjoyment is to watch the young lads play in the U21s

From that pic I would deduce that the fella at the back has his arm in all the way up to his elbow.

The following pic is 10 mins later when the white fella is looking for his wrist watch.

Hope this helps.

I assume Sisu are putting the money in as equity as fair play rules have restricted us to 60% of last years income?

Your dad knows more than the manager of the club? But if I challenge this for the rubbish it is, I am just being negative right?

Any "bit of cash" will be spent on wages for freebees.

The trouble with bringing 8 to 10 players in, they aren't all going to come off, plus they need time to gel. It doesn't matter whether they come with great reputations or indifferent, you never know what you have got until they start playing competitive games.
Good luck SP.

He hasn't got a choice though Hobo has he? He either mass recruits and trys to make it pay off or we end up fielding a team of kids, more so than last year and go down without a fight.

No he hasn't got a choice, so good luck to him. I was pointing out the difficulties rather than just slagging off. Some of the players coming in look useful signings.

They do. The only concern is they have all had long spells of injuries. Hopefully they stay fit.

Think of it as getting a good car on the cheap as it needs a bit of work but will be good when fixed ha!
