No shame in tonight's result - MK Dons are one of the better teams in this division. Also very impressed by Robins so far but it will take time to turn around years of underachievement and a losing mentality around the club. However one massive area of concern is the chronic lack of goals from midfield. Tonight we relied on a goal from a central defender to bale us out. Cody and McGoldrick will score double figures if they play most games (a big if as McGoldrick is on loan and we all know about Cody's availability) but we are not scoring any goals from other sources. We desperately need some of our midfielders to start scoring or we will continue to bump along at the bottom of this league.

This one sentence sums up why we have struggled every season since relegation for me. Cant remember the last time we had a midfielder who who looked capable of getting 10 goals. I cant see anyone getting 3 this year.
