Gutted no match tomorrow so now have to find something to replace it with. Probably finish off painting the bathroom (yawn) then go to the pub and watch England put six goals past Malta. What's on the agenda then tomorrow ?

Playing indoor football. Literally, one minute into a one hour game. Paid £5 to pick the ball out of a net for 59 minutes. Bollocks.

No cycling, golf or football for a month. Just a quiet stag do in Newquay next weekend for a mate. That should be good for it.

Tolerating (barely) Wembley for the evening before staying overnight in London. Flying out to Slovenia Sunday morning.

In Lille for a wedding which is great because it means I don't miss the ccfc game as there isn't one. On to next Saturday and I think the break will do us good after a couple of wins. Let's re-evaluate and get a manager confirmed. Let's kick on from here and climb the table.

Seems it is even money the pair between Venus and Evans with the bookies. It's one of these two men it seems

is it the first time you've done it mate? Mine go all the time, when you get to a certain age and they start playing you up they give you no end of trouble.
I wouldn't agree with the no cycling bit, I tend to do a bit on my exercise bike, (after about a week), even when I can't do anything else and it seems to help.

Trouble Bob Latchford it will be the scenario if we as city fans boycott going to the games to deny funds to CCFC (so sad) I am the same I just don't know what to do when football is on and City are not playing

It's a toughie , fans want to support the players but , most , don't want to give SISU their hard earned money .

Yes mate, first time. That said, I have pulled them a few times in the past 12 months so I think you're right about getting to a certain age. I'm 36 and they're not what they used to be!

Interesting about the cycling. I'm a bit of a road cyclist and am/was about to start training for Lands End to John O'Groats which I'm organising for next September. Might give it a couple of weeks then and go out for a gentle, flat ride.

It's weird not having a game, means I have to do normal stuff like tidying up and go to the tip and stuff.

Get down the Tudor Rose, grind some grannies and have a scrap with some Kosovans. You know you want to.

fuck me mate, due to our game been called off I've just had to go to Ikea.
I felt like someone caught in a war zone, dazed, disoriented, wasn't sure exactly where I was or how to get out.
At one point I got trapped in the middle of an aisle by Japanese tourists swarming in from both ends, horrendous.
Came out with two dinner plates and a soap dish!
I don't care how bad our owners are, any thoughts I had of boycotting have gone!

Jackie Snape? I was talking to his son once. Told me back in the day his old man would have 5 or 6 pints before the game and make his way to HR on the bus.
Obviously after that many he couldn't make it to half time without a piss so he'd go down injured and pull his shorts to one side and have a sly piss on the pitch!

Your grandparents tell me you're all over the world following them. Fair play to you. Being a Cov City fan is enough for me !
