AT has said there isn't a full time fitness coach at the club no wonder they all looked knackered after 70 minutes and lose so many games late on.What do they do all week in training? They carn't do tactics as the players on a match day are clueless.

club in an absolute job...

scout as manager
no fitness coach
offer contracts to poor players
sell Turner for 700k
chairman on the bench
bottom of the league
more driectors than players

If we were an animal they would put us down

Don't we have a performance analyist though? And an assistant? 2 salaries for a job that the manager and head coach should be doing??

Surely the manager can assess a performance, figure out where we went wrong, what we did well.

Heard Ron Noades on Keys and Gray (Talksport) he said are problem wern't money related, and I agree, it's a total lack of leadership at the top and football knowledge.

Any fool knew we had to replace key players in the summer. Cutting costs and getting wage bill down has to be over a period of 12 months, not a few weeks in the summer. We have also given below average players new contracts when we are suppose to be reducing the wage bill??

Fans don't mind losing players, it's part of the game. So is cutting costs when you have less revenue. As long as there is a strategy to move forward. We have no strategy.

Don't worry, KD will do the job!

Seriously, it's a disgrace and an indication of how important the football side of things is to the powers that be.

Confirms what many thought really - fitness levels at the club are not what they should be.

Fitness shouldnt be down to AT, he has plenty to do other than that. It is crucial to success and is a specialised area, it is not about doing a few laps of the pitch. Lack of fitness coach may also explain why there are so many niggly little injuries. AT does not have the time or expertise to do it.

You cannot run a club in the Championship on an amateur basis!

Thought we'd brought one of AT's buddies in during the summer after we'd lost O'Boyle to Liverpool... guess he didn't work out. Remember reading how pleased he was with our fitness levels then!

AB has launched a new fitness regime at Northampton Town, players being brought in for extra training sessions.

Could never doubt the fitness levels were higher under him!

This is fairly evident... the man looks like he can inhale chips.

We had one for about 7 weeks (probably the length of pre season) who Jutkiewicz knew from Everton and trained with all through the summer, but he wasnt kept on. I did tweet him and ask if he was still with us but he isnt.

Good to see our management get their priorities right - pay Ken to be ' Director of Football operations' to do feck all, and not worry about the fact our players cant hack 90 minutes per game!!

Maybe we should write to Ken and ask him to take on the post!

AT is a disgrace how can he train a football team he's to fat to run for a bus.The ball would be the other end of the pitch before he got to it.

Mourinho and AVB never played football, Wenger never played to a decent standard, Hiddink doesn't strike me as the fittest pair of clogs going. If I decide to get on AT's back at any stage (not there yet, I'm afraid), it will be down to his tactics not his waistband.
