@Sky Blue Pete can you ask Doug if he's worried about the AI Arena being built in bin bag central. Also ask him if he's planning a stadium expansion, how many chimneys can we expect?

On a serious note related to their plans obviously it's going to be easier for a huge stadium in Brum to attract concerts than it is for us. Given that we've got years to get things done before their ground gets built, if it ever does, has he spoken to anyone like AEG or LiveNation about a partnership.

The venues that get the most shows have deals with companies like that and AFAIK there's no stadium in the midlands that has such an arrangement.

At least the stadium itself will be able to move though which solves the lack of trains issue on matchdays

I'm sure it's on their list but asking what, if anything, they're going to do about the leaky roof when it rains would be good. Poor guy in front of me was subject to Chinese water torture all game

You would like the new Football Regulator. He was negotiating with a lawyer in a his previous financial life. The lawyer said something like you act as if you think I am too woke. David Kogan replied no I think you are a boring c**t.

On the same theme kick it for a ticket entries only available on X. Is there a reason for this? Do the club think an explicitly white nationalist site is the right image for a club partner?

I think Twitter has changed and as such professional organisations should consider their association. They wouldn’t post exclusively on 4chan

It was me, and they were used at one point, but they stopped using them after the overgrown children couldn't handle losing to Chelsea in the FA Cup all those years ago.

Would knocking through the walls between the south and east stand and putting in stairs in the south stand (to overcome the floor height difference). Make it one way stream.

Yeah they have been used multiple times.

Used to be good going up the stairs into the concourse.

The ticket office needs sorting out.

A few of my mates and I missed the first 15m of the game today because our ST were cancelled. The reason being that because we upgraded to hospitals for a league game in December, the STs were cancelled and put up for sale.

Compounding this all was there was apparently an IT issue too but the result was a long queue of a 20-40m wait in the soaking rain.

The operations strike me as outdated for a time when we had smaller attendances.

Side issue: I’ve been given 20 extra loyalty points for home games this season (I’m a ST) which seems wrong.

There's one at the tills in the shop. I've had to use it before. It's not overly obvious though, only know because I asked where I had to pay for parking as I'd gone over time.

@Sky Blue Pete can I take it you won’t ask this because you’re laughing? I’m not joking. I’d like the club to explain their promotion of a site run by an avowed white nationalist with the explicit purpose of spreading racist propaganda.

If you won’t I’m happy to.

I’m another who gave up on Twitter. Now use Bluesky. There’s quite a few sky blues fans on there and it’d be great to see the club using it too.

Crying about the club posting on X, what a sad c**t you are. Nothing better to be doing with yourself?

Could just say ‘can we use bluesky too’ guess every club that uses X are massive racists then?

I strongly suspect they’re on an exclusivity deal but if not then cross posting just to a few sites not run by a Tommy Robinson stan would be nice.

Cheers I’ll have a look next time. Seems like others have still being done using this and going over the hour which doesn’t seem right when your spending £100’s of pounds potentially in the club shop.

Is taking it up to one hour enough? Maybe it is I’ve not been caught but from experience you can go in browse and then if your getting kit and want names and numbers on the back that can be a wait especially if there is a queue for it.

Obviously they need to stop people just parking and taking the piss but maybe taking it up to 2 hours for those that use the shop would eliminate any of those few instances where people are getting held up in the shop.

Why are we having fireworks? The smoke is hanging around in the stadium for up to 10 minutes. It was difficult to see the play at the other end of the stadium.

The flags seem pointless. The kids carrying them drag them along the floor oblivious to this. Then they stand waving the flags halfheartedly when we score.

If it's not too late to add one to the list can you ask about searches on entry.

They seemed to stop doing them so much for a while after there were complaints about huge queues. Last couple of games they are back.

Stood in the rain for 30 minutes queuing to get in I could clearly see that a lot of the time the turnstiles were free and the hold up was waiting for people to get searched.

We're using old tech which is massively slowing things down. If you go to most large venues these days (and if King wants to see for himself Wolves Civic, NEC and NIA all use newer tech) you just walk through an airport style arch. The most up to date systems aren't the beep if they detect something type. They use tech that can even detect if someone has liquid on them. Just has someone sat watching a screen and pulling people aside if needed.

If we can't have a better solution can we do similar to Birmingham Academy where there are multiple stewards doing the security checks before you get to ticket presentation.

Bluesky ~1.5–3.5 million ~38–40 million

Commercially it would be suicidal to leave twitter, BlueSky is a niche for the dissatisfied.

OK?

Ive asked if there is a commercial agreement for exclusivity and if not can they cross post and I’ve asked whether exclusively posting on a white nationalist site is right for a family club. Don’t worry no one is going to take away the racism site from you.

Also Twitter is one of the smallest social media networks around if numbers are their concern, cross posting would be a huge advantage;

You can really tell who is addicted to their daily dose of racism though. Jesus. Suggest a bit of variety and people lose their shit.

Also love the idea that we’re posting there to reach more people Yeah CCFC posting for the big advertising revenue

There’s a tiny sliver of our support on Twitter and it’s mostly Gen X men. If you want to grow your audience it’s about the worst site for it. Really guys you can stop being the weirdo who browses racism every day and just use one of the popular sites.

A bit of a late question @Sky Blue Pete but can you ask for an update on the memorial garden? The club said in April that there was a hold on buying plaques & they were looking at possibly extending the garden.
