At the back of block 15, at the bottom of the stairs (outside), there is a stairwell out of the stadium, just wondering if it's worth opening that back up to funnel people back into the stadium and just make it easier for everyone involved to get away. One of those doors leads back into the stadium. I just think the current set up is an accident waiting to happen and making use of the current facilities as well as the natural flow of those in that area would make for a safer and quicker exit for all.
