Can I have questions to send by 20th November

Think there’s a question about junior ticket costs
Also about funding of stadium unlikely to be answered
Also should have some results since purchasing it I’d be interested if any increase in profits have been seen

Do you agree?
Anything else?

Specifically, I’m interested in the breakdown of non-season ticket sales. There’s a lot noise around the concession prices but if it’s a small %, it’s a storm in a teacup.

Are there plans in the future to sort the empty balcony seats, I know there seems to be an issue with more seats up there than what the lounges can take.

Insisting that people pay for the matchday shuttle on a return or not at all basis is a bit odd. Why can't people pay for a one way trip either direction?

Programme is still difficult to get. Supply seems very limited. Last 2 games they were sold in the outlets by blocks 20/21 by 20 minutes before KO

Can you ask the club if they’ve got any plans to release team news on platforms other than X/meta. It’s honestly the only thing I miss and it wouldn’t take much to cross post or even just have the website update at the same time.

That's got to be an issue with how they're being distributed around the ground and re-stocked if needed because there's definitely stock. QPR program is the only one sold out this season.

You'd think a relatively easy problem to solve. For years we'd have sellers walking round the pitch, maybe they need to bring that back.

Get the club app, you get a push notification with it. Although if you're at the ground you probably won't get that which brings us to a question to be asked, what is going on with the wifi? Will it ever be fixed?

Could you ask Doug if he’s had the club crest tattooed on his leg yet.
If not why not?

Is this good for ticketing info? I’ve just downloaded the app now.

Seconded on the WiFi. Every ground has problems but it’s quite bad when messages don’t even go through. Tuesday was a nightmare looking for my group!

Hate to suggest this but as the WiFi probably wouldn’t take 30k people at once (though caching the BBC Championship page and fotmob would probably help), would Doug look at a paid internet option? Maybe £1/2 or something.

Why do they close the Anecdote after night games , surely a loss of revenue for people waiting for roads to clear or after match debrief

Has the 3.60 pints shown a good value to the club and could they do more like meal deals, or lower the price of other things? Maybe a Pie and a Coffee for say £5

The Wi-Fi used to be fine. Following England home and away there are many stadiums I've been to that has free Wi-Fi and often with over 50k in the stadium. In this day and age it shouldn't be too hard to get something going we had until last season.

Think the problem with WiFi is the stadium infrastructure , built 20 years ago it’s all old
Hat for current day, especially as we are getting 30k+

if im not mistaken, DK has spoken about this before, saying essentially it would cost circa £1m or more to fully sort and it’s. It not a priority - although clearly for the experience aspect it is a pain in the arse nowadays, but not end of world, personally would rather see that money go into a player.

suspect if we went up, it would have to be sorted. Given larger media presence.

Definitely need more shelving around the concourse- all the columns should have a shelf around them to put your beer down

Following Tuesday’s game, it became clear that additional covered spaces would greatly improve the fan experience at the ground.
The heavy rain caused significant congestion in the concourse before kickoff, as fans had limited options to gather and make purchases.

Please ask if they would consider installing a canopy or wind sail structure over the East Fan Village (EFV) area?
This would provide an alternative space for fans during adverse weather, reducing pressure on indoor areas.

With the indoor Fan Village unavailable during the upcoming Christmas activities, having a covered EFV would help maintain revenue opportunities and improve overall comfort.

Additionally, while not the primary concern, this would also benefit smokers at halftime by giving them a sheltered area.

I said I'd bring this up and I know many people would like it asked based on previous engagement. Is Doug talking to any of the relevant people that might be able to make the calls on a better/more regular train service on a match/event day? I actually think this is pretty important for the arena moving forward as it needs to be as convenient as possible to get to.

Can we have more match bundle offers
Any plans to increase capacity now we are consistently reaching it and may go up
Train service could be better and more carriages
Will he redo the new sky blues sign that looks rushed
Why does the anecdote close
Upper balcony is half empty and looks poor on TV and sky cameras should face the other way

Thanks for doing this as always Pete.

Normally would ask about the stadium but for some reason that seems fine of a sudden.

Wanted to ask when we will hear more of the plans mentioned on Doug’s Q/A regarding making the stadium more of a home and whether there are any plans to build a museum on site now that we own the arena (previously mentioned this as difficult without owning).

Faster service in the bars.
More staff pouring
Less staff standing at the back doing nothing
Start pouring 15 mins before half time

Bit different when you’re promising investment to just asking for them to do their fucking job. Shits been planed since the last Labour government went out of power. It’s still planned for 2032 if it’s gets past the latest round of planning (and the government don’t decide they need a few quid to keep taxes down)

Can you ask if he's aware of the poor quality of shirts this season, and the number of shirts fans have returned. Also about the issue with sizing; the difference between medium and large is unreal, and there needs to be an "in between". What's the plan with Hummel going forward?
