I would imagine though it’s digital proof and in the future majority of ST holders will be expected to have a digital ticket, reducing costs for production and admin. So not making money but probably saving. I would like to think there’s been some sort of cost analysis that make it worthwhile.

All tickets for Edgbaston are similar but you have to access them through their dog shit app which doesn't work properly if you can't get signal, which you can't when there's thousands of people at Edgbaston.
