Any chance of another scoreboard at the north end
Would be great to be able to see what's going on from block 11

Try it in the South Stand where there's barely enough room in the concourse for the people, let alone getting to the bar.

How did the plans ever get signed off as safe when there's not enough room for anything near a capacity crowd?

They need to look at extending the concourse out, there's room to do it apart from the side I'm on which would be fucked as there's the hotel, exhibition hall etc behind it.

Can't cost that much in the grand scheme of things.

It works OK in the East Stand because they open the doors and have about 8 bars outside.

Have safety laws changed that much since 2006? Seems crazy a stadium can get built and pass planning but then immediately fall foul of safety laws. What’s the point in planning if not to notice that?

100% because plenty of clubs have a similar scheme and many of them use ticketmaster.

The person tried to be helpful but they had no idea what they were talking about. They may have even got the wrong seasons that are in scope for the loyalty point program.

Separate point: is anyone else points still not been updated? I’ve had my 230 for the ST for this season but my points tally is up nearly 100 points from where it should be.

Not sure if the right forum, but any more retro shirt releases planned, seeing that they've been a big success?
Get those 90's Le Coq Sportif shirts released!

The balcony bar is that the capacity is different when empty than when it has furniture or a bar or other stuff that makes it a good experience

Seems very weird not to have thought that through. Wasn’t it always corporate? Where were the people supposed to go? You can’t even access it any other way afaik

They've certainly done it with Guinness, so simple you'd have to assume they've done it with others.

Because of the vandals. Please ask this on my behalf. Maybe a steward could be employed to guard the bike area?

You jest, but this is a serious issue I'd like bringing up. Locking my bike in Tesco is a nightmare, if it's not the people whacking it with trolleys then it's some idiot tangling plastic bags between my spokes as a joke.
All I want is a secure area to lock my bike, with a security guard to deter vandals, and somewhere to store my helmet and leather jacket during the match.

Depends what mood I'm in. Tackling the a444 and the m6 roundabout on my bmx is testing, especially in my older years. Will probably use my new Racing bike most weeks though.

OK. Any tricks on the BMX? i'm just wondering if they'd allow you to bring it into the stadium if you promise to do some halftime tricks.

@Sky Blue Pete I’d like the club to clarify the ‘Cup Ticket Scheme’. Is this an option for STH to automatically purchase home cup game tickets.

I phoned the ticket office and they had no idea and were under the impression it couldn’t be done (it can, plenty of clubs do it) because of GDPR.
My mate is Liverpool STH and opts into auto-cup schemes every season and every FA/Carabao and European game is taken straight out of his account whenever Liverpool are drawn at home and tickets go on sale

GDPR is a bit of a cop out from the club, it probably isn't a viable thing to spend time and effort doing, Liverpool are obviously going to play more cup games than us a season for example, we probably play about two

It’s set up and ready to go by the looks of it. I tried adding card details on mobile browser but the 2-factor authentication window would close whenever I tried to click an option.

I’d happily join a scheme that opts into cup games. It saves the hassle of logging on and paying for it and a couple of my mates missed the deadlines for reserving their STs. Including one mate who missed reserving their seat for the Sunderland home tie!

Votes for actual issues like short and long term plan for having a ground to play at, and the difficulty of getting refreshments at half time.

One personal one for me is that Brand Protection at the club are seemingly useless. I have reported numerous people/pages using the Cov badge for commercial use and they don't seem to do anything. Pretty sure 'enter numerous pages selling Cov stuff here' haven't got a commercial agreement in place with the club. I guess my question would be, could there be a better way to report such cases going forward?

Appreciate it's not even close to being top of the list though, just a little personal pet hate of mine.

Whilst I am in favour (in principle) of the installation of self-serve beer dispensers in order to improve the “customer” experience, the inability of the vast majority of our fans to operate a simple fucking turnstile leads me to believe this is a non-starter.

Better storage for people that travel by bicycle. I've often nowhere to store my helmet and have to carry it in with me, making queuing difficult as i have to explain why im carrying a bike helmet. Maybe some lockers in or around the players entrance? That would definitely help people that travel to the game by bike and need to store stuff while watching the match.
The nearest/safest parking for bicycle is in Tesco car park, by the trolley bays.
I've sometimes locked it up by the casino, but often come back to find vandals have twisted the seat and/or handlebars.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Pete.

There is a bicycle storage rack by the entrance to the train station, not far away from the George and John statue.

Answer about sag minutes

we cannot share the SAG minutes but we might be able to to give some highlights verbally to the Forum on non confidential matters. One to discuss with Mark which we will do. We will ask him about who is going to represent CCFC on the SAG.

im not hugely happy about that but we will see. Not sure what confidentiality there can be

Think the issue is the lack of facilities, lockers etc. if there was somewhere to lock away a helmet/bag, maybe even a small area to change it would have better take up. Doesn't have to be fancy or anything.

Given what they cover there can't really be anything can there. Sounds like an easy answer to avoid public sight of the minutes leading to questions they have no answer for.
