Don't say I particularly disagree with the list but it makes bloody depressing reading.

There's more chance of coaching him to drive the team coach. It'd go so slow though the team would be late for every game.

Ha...I just liked the idea of someone being able to "coach" creativity into anyone....let alone a 3rd division plodder....

If it's supplemented with the right loanees and signings it could be good.
For the duff signings we did get we must be forget.

Armstrong ( was a real shock we got him, Durham went mental over it on talk sport)
Murphy
Turner
Stephens
Kent
Cargill
Ricketts (I hope the 1st half of the season is the real Ricketts)
Vince
Jones

I'm not too sure, you want somebody to chip in with some long rangers and assists and he might well have that in his game but haven't seen that in him

Believe it or not, Vincelot was Dagenham and Redbridge's top scorer in 2011 with 13 goals!!

We might. Certainly need to string a couple of wins together from somewhere if we want to stop sliding down the table.

Hmmm keep Reda or let him go freeing up valuable money to pay a player that may last longer than a few games

We could make a deal with him. We'll pay him £5,000 every time he plays and he can give us a pound every week he doesn't.

It would be a close call, but I think he might just owe us a couple of quid come the end of the contract.

I would like to see:

Another keeper brought in, as experienced back up.

Would like to see Haynes back out on loan.

Would like sever ties with Reda (too big a gamble)

Would like to see the 34 club dismantled forever and all of them gone.

Bigi isn't even our player, and you can't coach someone to be a creative player. He needs to go back

Ricketts can go

Its time we severed ties with Reda, no point having him on a play as you okay deal, because the real ball ache is finding a replacement when he gets injured more that the waste of a wage.

There's still question marks around Phillips and Haynes - they probably need to go out on loan.

The 34 club need to go.

The squad is looking as thread bare as last summer

Newcastle have washed their hands of him. They'll probably pay him up enough to go and then we will end up with him.

Probably, but everyone thought they would do that in January, but they didnt. A lot will depend on whether they get relegated.

That's why I'm suggesting playing him as an attacking midfielder as he must of played there for Dagenham in his first season, unless he was the penalty taker?

The funny thing is if his name was Bryn Morris no one including the Op would want him anyway.

But because it's dear old Bigi with an X Factor story we are supposed to see something that doesn't exist.

Do we want Ben Turner back next season or would that be another waste of time?

I would take turner if he was an option. A class act and more than good enough for league one but needs to prove his fitness

No chance of getting Turner - he's Championship level and both he and other mangers know it.

There is no way we should even think of giving Reda a new contract of any description. His presence is too much of a disruption to the team's stability.
