I want to say we did again in November 2001 after beating…Sheffield WednesdayWe led for 2 days in October 2001, but only because Wolves were playing a few days later (so had a game in hand)
This is the first time we’ve led the table properly at this level since 1967
That horrific run of form at the end of that season which took us from the top 6 into mid table was pretty tough to take.That’s the one I’m thinking of, but it was October. November 2001 was dreadful for us.
