66 won't be enough, it will be around 70+. It's only been under 70 once in the last 10-12 seasons and that was 69.66 points is the target

I would agree normally. But other than the top 4 the rest have been inconsistent. Blackburn in 6th averaging 66 points for the season. WBA averaging 69 points in 5th.
