Middlesbrough
Reading

Then we have Forest who haven’t got going yet we have to be looking picking up at least 4 points from these next 3 games minimum

we're in the Championship - did you expect to see a couple of games coming up against the red lion and the royal oak?
It's not worrying, it's exactly what the Championship is about. At the moment, despite all the fucking drama, we're where we need to be, outside the bottom 3.

I’d be stunned if we get 4 points from those three games.

Wouldn't fancy Allen and oHare against the Red Lion to be fair. Full of Cloggers.

We have to be taking a minimum of 4 points against those two teams.

I'm refuse to look at the run of fixtures, it's too scary.

some absolute text book bed wetting going on on this thread.
Forest are a shambles, Blues, Derby, Cardiff and Boro no great shakes. We'll take more points than people are predicting. We'll spring a surprise against one of the actual decent sides in that list as well.

So what is it? Boro are no great shakes or we can't be expecting to win games against teams with internationals and ex Man U players because there is such a huge gulf in class?

Were bang in trouble early the front 3 will not score the goals to keep us up that much is clear,I seen robins talking about “we don’t Want to look back in regret for not having a go” but then I seen constant long balls again all evening...expecting we have some sort of attacking threat Friday as well as a different attacking approach if we don’t change anything we will get absolutely torn to shreds by reading

When I posted that I honestly didn't realise who was in their team so that was an error on my part.

The long balls aren’t a tactic. They’re our players getting scared.

People think we should be able to knock it around against Championship opposition like we did in L1. It's not going to happen unfortunately.

Fair enough. I just worry that we're getting into a mindset where we accept that were not getting anything out of 2/3 of the teams in the league. It's going to put us under a lot of pressure against the other teams down the bottom if we can't nick the occasional win against better sides. I just don't see where they're coming from though.

Ok put a target man up front and play off him Chris Martin would of been ideal if we wanted to play that way

Are we at a point where we need to start sacking off matches we don’t realistically stand chance of getting a result and resting players for easier matches?

We stand a chance in every game. This isn’t Liverpool we’re playing, they’re mostly better teams but we are beating ourselves
