Bank customers were left without access to their cash for hours this afternoon as Lloyds Banking Goup became the latest financial institution to experience technical difficulties.Customers took to Twitter to vent their frustration at beeing unable to access online Halifax and Lloyds bank accounts and cash points, with some having their debit cards refused.An IT meltdown hit NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank customers in June.A Halifax spokesperson said the bank experienced temporary IT systems issues, but that everything was back up and running now and they were working to clear the backlog.
