A SIGNALLING problem near Nuneaton is causing delays of up to 30 minutes on Cross Country services between Birmingham New Street and Leicester this morning. Meanwhile London Midland is operating a revised service today between Northampton and London Euston, and Northampton and New Street, due to staff shortages.
