The U21s thing makes no sense. Why would we take someone on a six month loan that won't be up to playing in the first team while here?

To me he seems like a similar mould to Harry Kane.

He looks a bit too cocky taking penaltys could see a keeper guessing right and making him look a right plonker

Tiny bit of research shows..

The Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) is an American worldwide sporting and music entertainment presenter and a subsidiary of The Anschutz Corporation. It is the world's largest owner of sports teams and sports events. Under the AEG Live brand, it is the world's second largest presenter of live music and entertainment events after Live Nation.[1][2] AEG Live was started in 2002.[3]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anschutz_Entertainment_Group

Mr Thompson said the Sisu companies - Arvo Master Fund, Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Limited and Coventry City FC Holdings - asserted the £14m transaction was intended to prevent a deal emerging from negotiations, which would have seen the club acquire a 50 percent stake in ACL and vital stadium revenues; bring in events management company AEG to run the stadium, and Sisu would have bought out ACL's mortgage for less than half what the council later paid - based on accepted independent valuations of the Ricoh.

Is there more to this connection than meets the eye?

Interesting that Brody flew into London with Mr McBean on Friday?

Is Brody pulling a few deals in the background?

I live in LA and have started going to LA Galaxy games fairly frequently but I haven't seen much of Jack because he is far down the pecking order. Jack is LA's 4th or 5th choice striker behind Robbie Keane, Mike Magee, Dos Santos and possibly others.

I would imagine that LA have agreed to pay most or all of his wages during his 6 month trial period. LA is a rich club as it has wealthy supporters and average attendances of 25,000+.

This season Jack has been playing in the USL which is about National League North and South standard. I doubt TM will put him straight into the first team.

Why are people suddenly talking about Brody being back. He's never been away. Been a co-owner since he was here and if you follow him on social media you can see he's at games and at Ryton on a regular basis.

Before this season, Brody posted one CCFC-related pic on Instagram in three years. Has already done 4 or 5 CCFC pics this season.

He stopped doing twitter in 2012. Instagram, that’s for pictures/videos isn't it? Its another dubious facebook widget, I'm keeping clear of it.

Cov Mad posted a Brody instagram link & I get "this link is unavailable".

Depends on the end game.

If it is like Jones with an agreement to buy him then fine, if it is just a 6 month loan for us to develop him for him to go back to LA Galaxy then pointless!

Some people seem puzzled by McBean loan if he is for U21's. Well it gives us a chance to take a look and who knows he might be good enough for the bench and give us an option.

More importantly it might pave the way to a future deal.

How about LAST - Let's all sing together and LA? (I do know I've nicked the name from elsewhere!).
