If the Ricoh is sold to Wasps, I suppose we need to get on board with a new stadium? Can't play in a stadium controlled by another club long term. We need to make sure the new ground is an appropriate size for us to grow into.

Or maybe CCFC could match Wasps offer and give the council/Higgs a problem? Can only wish for that I guess.
