After the calamitous new family zone set up and the 'ticket exchange' info, does anyone else think it's pretty poor that we're at the start of the season today and there absolutely fuck all in place for said ticket exchange?

Can see them binning the whole thing off if not ready by Friday

SEASON TICKET CARDS:​


Supporters renewing for the 2024/25 campaign will not receive a new Season Ticket card, unless they are moving seat or changing price category.

New Season Ticket holders will receive their Card in the post ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

I know there is still time but I moved seats and am still yet to recieve mine.

Same, haven't received mine yet. And not going to be home before the match on Friday, so are they going to charge me to print a ticket at the ground?

The odd time I've forgotten my card the ticket office just printed a paper one for me. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get it done.

Mine has not arrived. I purchased 4 season tickets the day they went on sale back in May. 3 have arrived but not mine. Every year there are people without there ST's a few days before the season starts.Why does it take 3 months?

Is it to do with fraud, getting copies made, don't know the ins and outs just putting it out there?

I've just been into my spam email inbox looking for something and incidentally found this from the ticket office, looks like it was a technical thing;

Good Afternoon,



This email is to inform you that there was a technical error when reloading your season card which you used for the 2023/24 season. Therefore, a new season card was printed and posted to you. Please ensure that you use the new card as your previous card will no longer work.



If you have not received a new card, please let us know by reply to this email and we will arrange for a reprint for you to collect ahead of Friday’s game.
