Good idea, as long as Wasps are not included.They (as in the world at large not wasps specifically) should open an all Cov sports shop in the city centre. CCFC Wasps Blaze CRFC whoever else there is. Could have old Cov sports memorabilia and all sorts. Would annoy a few on here but I think it’d be great.

The government don't seem ready to hand over any bail out to sports. There was some money that went from the National Lottery to Sport England but that is aimed at grassroots. The plan for 'elite' sport seems to be for the top levels to bail out those in trouble, eg the Premier League helps the EFL. Problem is in rugby its the top teams that are in trouble.Going to be big changes in the rugby world and probably the football world too especially EFL and non league. What that has in store for Wasps we will have to wait and see, I just can’t see it being in their long term interest to deny ccfc sharing their stadium.

While we all know that is BS if they bail out top level rugby then they'd have to bail out every other sport. When Prem Rugby clubs go begging for money the sports minister should hand them a copy of the Telegraph article yesterday saying everything was fine and tell them to get stuffed.Sports minister more or less said yesterday football at top level should sort things out themselves the money is there within sport. Talk of soon to be 4 million out of work and hardly any vacancies in any industry can you really see the Government, any Government aiding businesses out who pay thousands of pound per WEEK to a lot of their employees.

Where do you stop? If you bailout clubs like Wasps, who lets face it would struggle to make a convincing argument they are solvent given their other business and debt, how do you say no to the likes of CRFC, Blaze etc. Prem rugby clubs claim they are losing 500K a month. If you assume we're looking at next spring before crowds are fully back, at the earliest, then its a year without crowds and that's 72m just to cover that.
