What options does Mowbary have in player recruitment. Do we have any loan options still available and would he have to get rid of some to be able to get any in Is it 5 loans maximum or 5 loans in the matchday squad, think we could do with a couple, centre mid. and goalkeeper for example, although I wouldn't mind Lee Burge to be given a chance, Worcester apart, and that was a discipline issue not a playing one, he's not let us down yet.

5 in a match day squad, but sure you can only loan a certain number over the course of a season too. Not certain if that's still the case though, or what those figures might be (and probably depend on short term / season long too, of which I think all ours have only ever been short term haven't they?)

We could do with a couple of strikers.

We need a target man upfront to cope with the long ball Mowbray way of doing things.

First 11 is good enough this season

We need a back up goalie now.

Other than that I would sign a loanee whenever someone gets a injury that is more than 2 weeks

Agreed - keeper aside I don't think we really need anyone except perhaps a new CM with one of C. Thomas/Barton/Finch going on loan (can't really see it happening myself). The current squad is more than good enough to stay up and I expect us to if Mowbray is appointed.

To be honest though the loans we've got are ok. Certainly Samuel, Oennington, Odelusi and Stokes. In fact, I would make Stokes permanent. Jury is still out on Proschwitz.

One thing is for sure. Either the players or the new boss will get a shock tonight. A shock win would be better.

I honestly think this is the best manager we've had in years. And years.

Let's hope your correct and not complaining come May.

It will be an interesting summer, its ok having someone of his calibre, but we need to provide him the tools in the summer to do his job properly, we do that, and still in league one, we have half a chance next year with the dogshit that looks like is coming down from the championship.

Yeah, imagine needing to get a promotion to play them. Scary.

That is exactly what we need. We are severely lacking such a player in our squad and have suffered badly because of it.

Let's not forget the dogshit (x2) going down from the prem.
