New Owners Charter Coming into the premier league and imagine it will be prominent in all football league clubs - listening to talk sport it is designed to keep the clubs for the fans not the money men - You will not be able to move a club out of its community and play in another city like a franchise

Whilst sky and the likes are pumping so much money in to the game it will always be money men involved in ownership of anyone in the top 2 leagues.

The interesting thing will be one, will Hedge funds be deemed fit and proper to be accepted as owners and two will owners have be identified as it stands now anyone with less than 10% shares can be undisclosed which makes a mockery of the fit & proper rule.

Rules already about moving clubs out of the community

Can see lots of acrimony with owners

I can see a lot of foreign owners desperately trying to sell up before any new rules come into play. If they take money out of their clubs, it could lead to more clubs going under.
