rumour is that ricoh will move staff away from the arena baring it's name, surely an early sign they will not be bidding for the naming rights for the stadium

Aren't they moving away though because it's the Olympics and they can't have their name on anything at the moment anyway?

thought they had a 10 year deal for the arena ..... that would mean there is a few years left yet.

but i agree with otis on this one

i thought they'd signed an extension until 2025 a couple of months back.
this latest thing is just about the Olympics.

Yep they took up the deal with ACL 3 yrs early ,2-3 months back so 13 more more years of RICOH branding ,pissed me off slightly as Stories of Stadium ownership were being bandied around and here was a deal being signed early,pre-emptive of what the status quo may be in 2015.

hmm this is interesting as the rumour was they are moving out in september, perhaps they will use the space for more rooms??
