The future of Mario Petrone, who recently met with the leadership of Padua, might be in England. The former coach Ascoli is in fact flew across the Channel to evaluate the proposal of Coventry, club third division, although the first offer does not seem to have convinced him fully. He's always come across as a bit of a knob to me, but I bet he's one of them knobs you want at your club rather than with the opposition

He knows the league which is a bonus. I'd give it a go!

Good shout, be good to get him in early to assess the squad ahead of any possible January activity, although based on Owners I doubt much will happen in January.

Yes Karl Robinson isn't a bad shout actually.
