Further to the article a couple of days ago we're in again ,mostly info we already know ,regarding the set up of ACL ,however the interesting bit relates to the stadiums profitability, circa £4m. after debt and tax ,so don't believe theres nothing in it .Now if you consider they recieve upwards of £1m in sponsorships pa.£12.5m.from compass pa plus £1.2m.rent from us income from us ,income from rent from hotel ,casino ,concerts exhibitions ,conferences, car parking etc,to only clear £4m suggests an awful lot of waste ,fat saleries etc, ivory towers and council style waste come to mind .When will we recieve our share of equity, they leech off our clubs very survival. rant over Wingy
I would love to know where the 12.5m a year from Compass idea comes from. That is a lot of hotdogs and drinks. Even without the cost of buying in what they sell and wages they would have a problem selling that much.
I don't think that means £125m to ACL, I think that means that's what the deal is worth over the 10 years. From that article it says Compass run management and security and other things at the Ricoh as well, so it's more likely the £125m is going from ACL to Compass, not the other way around.

Thanks for the perspective SHMMEEE,skyblue specs ,egg on face ,i'll put it down to the time of night and alchahol consumed ,you probably get the idea that the stadium is a massive bugbear to me .however on the point of income generated we lose out on ,its not insignificant,ACLs profits £4m. after debt @tax ,at the minimum ,you'd expect compass to be achieving the same or better
