ACL took us out of Coventry, please check ALL the facts.

Who applied to put us into administration in November 2012?

Who suddenly reduced the rent, DRAMATICALLY when we went into liquidation?

Which party refused to sign the CVA?

If found guilty who will be found financially culpable at CCC, 54 Councilors who voted to pay off ACL's mortgage of £14 MILLION to the Yorkshire Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sisu took us out of Coventry Please check all the facts.
Who said we were weeks away from liquidation?
Who offered to reduce the rent before the admin?
Concil and Higgs refused to sign CVA
If found guilty the 54 council members will not face any sanction but Sisu will not win anyway
What about answering my question why dont they just offer to buy the Ricoh for 53 million pounds?

What are you on about. Sisu are 100% to blame for playing outside of Coventry. Absolutely happy that CCc need to do something now and could have helped the club earlier but the move is sisu

Interesting

because...

"CCFC can relocate as long as they are out of administration"

"the higher league club gets priority over any lower league club in the event of a ground share"

so, perhaps a rule or two can be "at the FL discretion ?"

i think we have already established that FL requirements are subject to the FL's special circumstances rule where they can break their own rules to suit themselves.

if the FL complied with their requirements they would never have approved the ground share in the 1st place as it broke their rules so they used, that's right you guessed it (only you probably didn't rfc) the FL's special circumstances rule

Why isnt it realistic Sisus model New York Stadium Rotherham capacity 12000 cost 20 million ie £1,666 per seat. Tim wants an 18000 seater increase if needed therefore 18000 x 1666 =30 million plus 5years at say 2 million loss per season = 10 million. 30 + 10 = 40 million. They could have the Ricoh 32000 seats at 1666 per seat for 53 million. Bargain plus all the revenues etc

More than just a mess but please don't keep playing the 'blame game', it's a negative yet again that we don't need right now.

SHIT someone should tell Fisher! ACL have stolen the club!

Who applied to put us into administration in November 2012?

No-one.

Who suddenly reduced the rent, DRAMATICALLY when we went into liquidation?

No-one. The offer went from £400k inc. F&B to £150k with the offer to negotiate the F&B separately (estimated value: £250k). It was virtually the same deal as has been on offer since the arena was built (offered at the start and possibly a year later, so why would it be withdrawn?).

Which party refused to sign the CVA?

Which party refused to talk until the CVA was signed?

If found guilty who will be found financially culpable at CCC, 54 Councilors who voted to pay off ACL's mortgage of £14 MILLION to the Yorkshire Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look, I'll pretend for a minute you believe this. Do you really care about the council's actions more than your unwavering support being used by a large business in negotiations? Do you think it's fair to remove a club just to prove a point?

Its been shown time and time again that even at the original Ricoh rent, this move is commercial suicide. This is someone with no connection to the club or city using your club, and saddling it with huge debt in the process, purely to make money for faceless investors.

I honestly don't understand why you're not up in arms. Do you ever wonder why Sisu won't pay for a proper ticket office, but will pay a mate of Blair's with a specialism in complex webs of companies and a PR firm headed by an ex NOTW journo? Then do you ever think maybe you should take their stated intentions with a pinch of salt?

Sisu will never build a new stadium in Cov.
There is more chance of a Phoenix club filling the footballing vacuum that Coventry and the Ricoh has become......and, should this happen, CCFC will disappear or be swallowed up by NTFC.

Their contract with Northampton Town (I'm told, did not allow them to provide Free Travel or Free Parking?) so the coach costs £7:50 return & parking is £2 for season ticket holders & £4 if not.

Sponsor deal done but don't know about the timing of any announcement.

Sites well, we can guess until they've been researched and approved, I'm aware of four but there could be more.

Am I going to name them NO!

Why because it's not appropriate IMHO

They're down to two sites...The land they we're looking at up by warwick uni has been sold already, its been bought for HS2 ( if it goes ahead) it's not going to be brandon...so that leaves ryton...thats where fisher was on his badger hunt....It wouldn't take too much to get the land with the training ground already there. The is one big problem though.....there's not going to be a new ground

Thats the most sense I've heard regarding the new ground....nearly as funny as fisher walking round ryton with his personal badger expert . Remember what he said at the forum" if they build it we will come"
