3 to 5 years, if it goes ahead?

SISU will own the stadium, they're the owners!

No rent, mortgage.

Who cares what happens to the Ricoh? The Council & ACL are about to find out that they need CCFC much more than the Sky Blues need them!

Far too many on this thread have issues and are only targeting the owners!

I respectfully suggest you do a little more research about what Coventry City Council have done (a lot of which is 'allegedly' illegal?) and their 'political' football, ACL and certain actions they've taken, including awarding a catering contract to an outside company for 3 years!

What about the 'Higgs Trust' who agreed to the CVA?

More than just a mess but please don't keep playing the 'blame game', it's a negative yet again that we don't need right now.

ACL do not act independently of CCC - ACL are the management company running the Ricoh on behalf of Alan Higgs/CCC. What were Alan Higgs agreeing to in the CVA? What were they owed?

CCC do now have the power to move closer to making an offer that could be accepted by CCFC and if not show Sisu in a very poor light but I think they are still in a position of waiting for the judicial review to be resolved - certainly in public

I think ACL are as much to blame, but which bits are allegedly illegal? The judicial review was thrown out, ok SISU have appealed but this won't change anything. The judge agreed the council were protecting the business they part owned and blamed SISU for putting them in the position in the first place by withholding rent.

We are not saying other parties are innocent, but only one group have taken us out of Coventry.

Why don't you explain.

You could argue that ACL rejecting the CVA for the good of the fans has put the kibosh on a quick return to the Ricoh.

Yes but RFC still thinks it is their fault they acted illegally???

like his gods withholding rent like taking our club away like not caring a damn about the fans like starting up yet another company with a different name, to buy the debt they made to build a new stadium and put us in even more debt then charge us rent on the stadium.

I could go no but have had to come up for air.

Oh sorry he doesn't blame anyone just wants to support the team.........

The question is Why were we taken out of Coventry and by Who. Not whether the rejection of the CVA has had an influence on our return.

So you are saying if it was accepted we would be back at the Ricoh.....

I think not. I suppose Timmy will use that one on his next propaganda speech.

Their contract with Northampton Town (I'm told, did not allow them to provide Free Travel or Free Parking?) so the coach costs £7:50 return & parking is £2 for season ticket holders & £4 if not.

Sponsor deal done but don't know about the timing of any announcement.

Sites well, we can guess until they've been researched and approved, I'm aware of four but there could be more.

Am I going to name them NO!

Why because it's not appropriate IMHO

Their contract with a stadium does not allow them to offer free transport ?. what on earth, why would NTFC give a shiny sh1t if they were offering FOC travel ?

Sponsor deal was due to be annonuced weeks ago

as for the sites, well, we are only 2.5 years away from finishing and moving in, so interesting its taking so long

no news on premier seats

how is the revenue going at sixfields, no corporate, no sponsorship etc

honestly, you need to stop defending this nonsense

Surely the season tickets are cheaper because sixfields is an inferior stadium?

really ?

petrol, parking (which by your admission they couldn't discount), time (which never appears to be included)

no way is it cheaper to go to Northampton

How is awarding a catering contract to compass illegal? Compass also offer their services at the liberty stadium and Upton park, so can we expect to see action taken against those stadiums now?

ACL took us out of Coventry, please check ALL the facts.

Who applied to put us into administration in November 2012?

Who suddenly reduced the rent, DRAMATICALLY when we went into liquidation?

Which party refused to sign the CVA?

If found guilty who will be found financially culpable at CCC, 54 Councilors who voted to pay off ACL's mortgage of £14 MILLION to the Yorkshire Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OUT OF COVENTRY ?

Lets assume you are 100% correct ?

Why on earth are they not playing at the Butts / behind Pizza Hut / Nuneaton / at the AT7 if TF expected number like we are getting at the moment ?

How could ACL reduce rent when we weren't paying any ?. How can you reduce 0 ?
