I don't know whether it's incompetence or ignorance but you can't just use the club logo like this without commercial agreement to do so. I've seen this on Facebook too and her page Personalised Princess Gifts is literally one report from the club away from being shut down.
Maybe 'Personalised Princess Gifts' has a commercial agreement with the club, who knows. But I know where I'd put my money (and it's not rolled up in a gift card).
