Id assume he will be here till the end of the season . If mowbray stays which i doubt as he will have no budget to buy players.he will bring mark venus in as his number 2.

Unless Mowbray thinks he's a negative influence I can see him staying until the end of the season, past that will depend on how well they get on and if Mowbray would rather have someone else in. Does Mowbray have a regular partner in crime?
Yes, Mark Venus has been with him at Hibernian, West Brom, Celtic and Middlesbrough.
