Zimbabwe football fraternity woke up to shocking news that one if the most loved football sons Adam Ndlovu had died in a car accident.
Ndlovu, the elder brother to Peter Ndlovu, was driving with his brother in a BMW X5 when the accident happened.
Peter, the former Mamelodi Sundowns striker, is in a critical condition At Victoria Falls hospital.
A journalist with The Standard Newspaper in Harare, Mike Madyira, confirmed the news to Supersport.com. He said he spoke to both of them on Friday morning and it was very sad to see one of them gone and another in a critical condition in hospital.
“I don’t know what to say. Both of them were great people who have contributed alot to local football. They were both coaches when this accident happened and we don’t know what will happen to Peter in that condition,” Madyira said.
At the time of the accident, Adam was Chicken Inn coach while Peter was the Under 23 national team coach, and also assistant to Klaus Dieter Pagels at senior national team the Warriors.
