I'd be delighted if we could get Dennis Wise. Strachan - no way.

The rumour I hear is this: Harry Redknapp will be joining West Ham in the next few days. Big Sam will then be investing with Ray Ranson in Coventry and will be taking over the managers seat. He wouldn't do that whilst AT was in charge.

I've liked a couple of posts on this thread pretty much saying no to Strachan as he helped start our demise (although the blame is firmly at Richardsons door) but just remembered that although I hated Strachan as manager, as a player he was alright for us you know. I remember the game at Spurs....good work little ginger fella.

If the dream came true and he did invest and manage our club wouldn't that cause a conflict of issues later on when he left? I mean look what happened the Hoffman's bid back in 2011. It fell through because one of the main investors was Sam Allydice and he was managing West Ham at the time who were in the championship with us.

If we got back to the Prem with Redknapps help and he then left and managed another Prem club, would he still be able to own his stake in the club or would he have to sell it so as not to cause issues etc.

Would he want to leave a club he could make big whilst having a share in us?

I know it is a long shot, but wouldn't bet my house against it. If he is given a share for free he would have a lot to gain and only his time to lose. With his love of the game he would relish the challenge.

Does anyone have his phone number?

We've got more chance of sky blue Sam being secret investor than Big Sam
