Came in this morning to say he had the best dream ever last night.

He was playing FIFA 15 and the doorbell went. He opened the door and Simeon Jackson was there. He asked my son who is favourite team were and he said Coventry City because they are better than Manchester city, Chelsea, Manchester united, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur. Simeon Jackson then said that he was the only person that had said this so him, marcus tudgay, nouble, Maddison and Madine would show him round the ricoh with a free pass and one for his dad.

So proud!

And so sorry Sam that we aren't very good at the moment

Get him signed up to the jsbs if he isn't, he would have loved that party.

Jackson, tudgay and madine were great with my daughter. (Didn't see the others).

Wow, your 8 year old must be a rare breed Pete. You have taught him football loyalty and I bet there aren't many kids in his class who share his support of CCFC. The proud feeling he possesses now won't stay around once he gets older, wiser and has has a decade of them kicking us in the bollocks though

If Simeon Jackson knocked on my door, id open it and immediately close it again.

I bought the above DVD for my 5 year old son at XMAS.
When he opened it he just looked at me and said "what is it"?
I told him that one day when he understands, he'll realize it was the greatest moment a Coventry fan could ever feel, and one day it will answer the question of why he is forced to support Coventry City.

My 8 year old lad is the same, he lives and breathes CCFC. I feel for him sometimes as when he's together with all his mates they just chunter on about Chelsea this and Man Utd that. However, I tell him that at least you get to see your team and your heroes. All those kids in your class who support Man City, Arsenal and Real Madrid (seriously) never get to see their teams.

Obviously, he likes to see us win, but he just loves watching, reading and talking about Coventry City no matter what the result.

The way things are going at the minute, I'm surprised he didn't offer you both a game in the first team!
