Add the 250k/ 500k for play offs which i think we get 25% of all 4 matches gate receipts.

It’s almost pointless speculating as there is so much we could never know about cashflow at the moment- we don’t know the wage bill, we don’t know the operating costs and where they currently are- eg the 2 new directors must be around £200k each you would think but who knows?
We know there was some sort of injection from the owner of £15m and we know what player sales income we have. No clue if this is just keeping us afloat or there is a significant amount for squad strengthening. Our business so far suggests that pre the MVE and Vic money, there wasn’t after KKH was signed.

Isn't that why they've brought Angel Brau in.

It's strange how people just overlook all the other expenses involved in running a football club and concentrate solely on the playing side.
I don't think his handling of the purse strings is something King can be criticised for.

Absolutely and I agree wholeheartedly. I want a sustainable club after all we have been through over the years sensible investment not boom and bust.

Hear, hear!

I'd rather not get promotion than end up in the mess that Sheffield Wednesday are in.

isn't this how SISU operated? Few healthy signings season 1. Hoped for a quick promotion which didn't happen. And with that followed Cost-Cutting and asset Stripping.... Hope DK has learned from his predecessor's mistakes..

He's already cleared SISU and did in his first summer.

Look at what he's done in the background as well we've come on massively over the last two years.

Tbh having just watched the latest City unseen, it reminds me of how integral Milan is to the squad off the pitch too. There are other characters, but he seems to be the link across all groups and I hope that someone so popular leaving, doesn't derail too much, what looks to be a good group.

I feel just as Milan took Cal’s place in the personality of the group holding it all together Rudi will do the same when Milan goes

Seems the exact opposite.
Investment in the training facilities and bringing in experienced senior management.

Perhaps not as big of a personality, but I get the impression that Sakamoto is one of the most popular in the group. Clearly a lovely personality off the pitch but works his arse off on it.

That was surprising because it was him.

Usually our most reliable defender by some distance.

yes because the owner didnt want to pay the wages he wanted.

I;d imagine Brau is on nowhere near what he refused to pay COH.

I cant believe the owner gets off completely free, imagine if it was Tommy Robinson and the uproar there would be there

I just pointed out you didn't understand what asset stripping was. Didn't mention anything about wages.

It's what happens when people listen to all the angry rants and podcasts over the years and pick up some phrases.

But don't all clubs bar the very biggest sell their players to richer more fashionable teams?

It sometimes upsets me when players leave, but in the end we're no different from dozens of clubs in that respect.

was talking to somebody close to the players, and seems as though he was like the annoying kid in class, Goes around farting and running away, which they may initially find funny but can become tedious - You wouldnt imagine somebody focussed like Gyokores thinking that was funny
