When will Murphy ever catch the ball or turn it round the post?

Sounds like he was man of the match.

You were saying? Two double saves and ensures we get the three points!

Hope your feeling a little bit silly now

The most consistent and under rated player we have. Some people might realise how good he is when he's gone.

If you could pop up during every game and slag the entire team off that'd be magic, thanks in advance.

Reckon Burge is gonna be long term number 1 though...kept Nuneaton in the conference last season. Shame we can't loan him out again to someone because whilst SP says he's getting valuable experience in the squad...come on not as valuable as going on loan to someone like Bury and playing every game

Murphy has been player of the season. Yes, he is perhaps a shotstopper; if a very good one. Look at Schmeical tonight at Wembley, He played well, but it was purely as a shot stopper. We will Murphy if he goes

Why people deride him I just do not know - class act in this division and has been for a couple of seasons

we have been spoilt with great keepers at cov(oggy, hedman, westwood) so murphy is not as good, but thats because we are in frikkin league one.

for this level we have a great one, mistakes have to be expected.

Remember when people were calling for Dunn to start ahead of him after Dunn made one overrated save on TV?

Maybe it's a good thing is fans aren't in charge of selecting the team after all.

Joe Murphy has been fantastic all season and is worthy of player of the season IMO.

I do agree with Larry though Lee Burge will be the no1 keeper for this Club in the future.
