They are currently investigating 59 based on information they have received. Mostly it Leads to nothing in these cases. They have no reason to investigate all innocent people- only if they receive information. Maybe you should become the new Führer and place everyone who is Muslim ( or maybe brown) in a camp? I am English and living in Germany.
German's at work are not concerned by the attacks, they don't think it will happen to them and they still push their backing of immigrants with lot's of schemes to try and get people in the community to help them.
Meanwhile I see integration has totally failed - up the road from me there is a big building where immigrants live and they spend all day & night in the town park / pedestrian area drinking and eating kebab's.
Every morning the town is full of bottles / cans and rubbish they left behind even though there are bins right next to where they leave the rubbish.
I don't see any of them wanting integration or respecting the town giving them a different life.
Germans are in total denial of all these things and just ignore it and hope for the best.

Saying shoot mentaly ill migrants is already there. They should be treated and held in a clinic if they are ill, not shot.

The other question still stands.
For example Germany or the UK takes in 1,000 migrants with mental issues. What then happens to the people already receiving mental health treatment, does their treatment then become affected? Does this mean more clinics need to be built just to treat migrants?
It puts a strain on the services as well doesn't it?
Of course, it would be lovely if the NHS could cure everybody and save everybody but it can't can it?

It isn't quite regarding health, but I have seen first hand how detrimental it is to have an influx of refugees / foreign people join a school. Much higher class numbers, added strain on teachers because of language barriers which then takes away from the other kids as more time is spent with kids who can't understand a word that is going on.
Call me racist or selfish for that if you want, but seeing a child who is very bright for her age coming home with a drawing of a hand because she finished her work and the teachers were busy trying to teach so and so how to count in English frankly takes the piss. That is the same for English people in spanish schools also before that question is asked.
I don't go to the doctors much or use the NHS much (thankfully right now) so can't comment on if I have seen anything with that.
