Without checking your previous posts, I will wager that you've never, ever posted anything positive on this site, particularly when we have won.

Agree with the OP, except this season isn't dead. We've got ColU next then a decent chance of the playoffs where it's anyone's game.

2 wins out of 15, and we need 6 out of 8

I am a very optimistic person, but in this case, its all done

Please let me have some of what you are having! ;)

We've lost 8 out of 12 and only won 4 out of 19. We've scored 4 goals in 7 games and continue to give away silly goals.

That paints the exact picture of where we are.

There IS a chance of the play-offs mathematically of course, but it all points to anything but.

Yes, form can change, but we have been hearing that now from people since January. The form isn't changing.

Just don't get how we are now suddenly going to stop letting in silly goals, start suddenly scoring and suddenly start winning again.

We might well be 5 points behind 6th come 5 PM tomorrow.

Could be 8 points behind by Monday, before we even play our next game.

I think we are shot. Shot of confidence, shot of ideas, shot of mental strength.

We are not ready to go up yet <snip>

Yes, we are just like a Turkey cooking in the oven. There is no point in opening the door too early, the turkey wont be ready.

It's the City. The meter has run out and we don't even have the gas to light the oven.

Fuck off. We were 3rd about 12 games ago.

But we were inconsistent and unconvincing. Don't get carried away with a league position. Look at team performances and individual performances...we were never going to get promotion without improvement as our position flattered us. We are starting to find out where we are really at. This is the culmination of years of mismanagement not a season under TM!!!

If you think that, I'm afraid you're mad. This team had enough ability to tear the division apart this year. Look back at our first 4 months of results. There is nothing unconvincing about it. What's happened since November is embarrassing.

It's been a joke and the buck stops with Mowbray.

The first half tonight we absolutely ripped them apart but alnwick had a great game, second half i think we lost confidence and because nothing went in we lost the belief that we would convert the opportunities, the telegraph quoting about our defence as the reason was a bit off the mark, yes we conceded poor goals but our defence was a makeshift one who had never all played together in them positions before, the nail was hit on the head regarding our defence, lost reda lost turner lost stokes lost cargill and today lost stephens too, we were always going to concede

We are coventry city its what happens to us? One day sometime soon a manager is going to get it right for us, i.hope its mowbray, he has given me and my boys hope where as the last few seasons there has been none. Even after tonights result i still feel we can get in the play offs. This time last year we were looking at relegation and now we are looking at the play offs. Tony is our big chance at this, even if its not this year. He has reignited my hope an belief,in the club, that we have a manger who cares and wants us to succseed. Up the fucking cov....merry xmas and goodnight x

TM (I am still not entirely convinced he's the right man) isn't stupid. He knew by the end of November that if we were promoted this season - we'd likely be relegated next season due to the youngsters & loans & relative OAPs! Most of his current energy is directed toward next season imo.

...onwards & upwards PUSB

This photo says it all. The face of a man who is totally clueless.
