He says he has a team sheet up in his office of what he has and what he needs for next season. I would imagine it's currently pretty blank! Something like this I'd assume:

-----------------------New GK--------------------
Phillips----Willis----New CB----New LB
-----New CM---Maddison---Fleck
JOB----------------------------------------New LB
-----------------------New CF-----------------------

So that's 6 first team players needed.

What would your sheet look like?

O'Brien would'nt be in there either, Johnson would be there for me (Not like for like obviously)

You need 22 in reality at least. It is about building a squad. Then they need time to gell. Not all signings will come off, that is why we are looking at 4-5 years to really progress. TM's weakness seems to be he doesn't know the players at this level.

According TM's article in The Telegraph the other day, Harries to be the new CB and Haynes the LB if they bulk up over the summer.

We need 10 players minimum, all the senior players here now should go, simply not good enough

Agreed. Quite funny to see people picking half the squad, which has shown not to be good enough this season and picking half the team full of kids.

Samuel, Pennington and Ward are the only ones I'd be happy to see as a starter next year from the current squad including loans

Phillips, Fleck, Haynes, Maddison, Willis and maybe one or two others should make for decent squad players

Totally agree. JOB, Fleck et al are not players who will get you promotion.

Too many people accept mediocrity.

I think Tony Mowbray knows this.
