Wasn't it the Mail that said last week he was leaving?

‘During my time we are unbeaten away but only won once at the Ricoh,’ says Mowbray. ‘The atmosphere is a difficult one, and sharing with Wasps the pitch is not really conducive to how we want to play.‘There is not one Coventry picture up anywhere. Wasps have framed images with scrums, line-outs, and tackles. Where are the ones of Coventry players and fans?

‘You want the crest everywhere so the players feel a part of something bigger than them.’

Good to see him wanting to do things like improve the training ground.

Although if he wants a cinema to watch players, he can go round that blokes house who has half of highfield road.

Daily Mail! Pah! Also known as the Daily Liar.

If they said coal was black I'd have it sent down the lab for analysis.

It's crazy there are no City pics up. Didn't something similar happen under McGooity when there were no 1987 pics up anywhere to be seen?

Surely Wasps wouldn't be against City photos and logos being up around the ground. Theirs already have prominence, but in saying that, the City regalia wasn't exactly booming out from all corners before was it.

Something needs to be done about this for sure.

Shit? Shit? More Shit and Slightly less shit?

The Mail has to be one of the vilest rags around, but then there are not any that I could really say bear the flag of honesty and integrity.

But then stu, if it doesn't feel like home it must feel like being away and I thought we were better at playing away?

I guess we can decorate our home dressing room as we like with photos and pictures as we please, I'm not sure if there are any other CCFC only areas in the stadium, doubtful. All the shared areas/corridors I'm guessing they'd have no problem with us decorating it on matchday only but doubt they would want anything permanent up.

So there's your job for home games. A brush, some overalls and a bucket of wallpaper paste!

It's slightly worrying the quote "I have manged to release funds so we can travel to Crawley and stay in a hotel the day before".its the biggest game in our history and they weren't going to put us up in an hotel for the night.

shows how clueless Fisher and Waggott are. To travel the day before is a must have, and he shouldn't have to go begging to get money so we can stay in travel lodge

We're allowed to paint the smaller changing room they moved us in to blue. There was a quote before, think it may have been Mowbray, that very pointedly said we could only put CCFC things in the CCFC changing room.

This is where Wasps really take the piss and are totally disrespectful to CCFC. It wouldn't be hard for the ground to have equal branding, for example their logos in the stadium bowl the same size as ours. Both logos on the main entrance.

As for the players tunnel etc I've said before they could easily have put in a setup that would allow it to be quickly changed dependent on who was playing. Its not down to these things not being possible its down to Wasps.

Every time I see something like this it becomes clearer to me that we need a new stadium. Far from convinced SISU can deliver that but at some point it will have to happen. If it has to be slightly outside the city boundary so be it.

To be fair the majority of league one clubs will travel on the day, they can't afford to be wasting money on 20+ hotel rooms every other week, plus the coach hanging about 2 days, food etc.

Do agree that with a 12.15 ko it's a no brainer to stay overnight.

Wasps put up branding in the tunnel for there matches which is removable I think, I'm guessing we just leave it plain.

I'm not saying it isn't how you have read it.

But it could also be that, as standard they travel up to the match on the day. Mowbray put in a request to Fisher/Waggot to go the day before which was granted. Doesn't mean he had to beg or fight for it to happen.

If you ever wonder why Pompey got in such a mess they will still flying to games and staying in 4 and 5 star hotels after they'd been relegated to L2!

And you're one of the ones who doesn't seem to mind them being there! Maybe you'll start to listen to those who complain about Wasps and their ownership.

Biggest game in our history? It's an important game, but in no way is it the biggest in our history.

Don't know where you keep getting this stuff from Torch.

I don't want them here. I must have said so at least eleventy billion times. I don't think I could be any clearer. I wish they would bugger of from whence they came!!

I am not happy about Wasps being here!

There you go, that's number eleventy billion and one.

If Mowbray is thinking of staying and the players here like him, I would be making that part of my team talk on Sunday. Get the right result today and I will stay and intend to have this club challenging at the other end of the table. Lose and I'm off!'

I was wondering about this yesterday, whether they would stump up for an overnight stay or expect the players to roll up at 7:30 with sugarpuffs stuck to their shirts. It's little things like this that make a difference, can't believe it was even an issue.

If you consider that relegation will leave the club in its worst ever position, then it is the biggest.

No it's not! It's a term used way too often. Our biggest games were those against Wolves and Spurs. Villa was a massive game that we screwed up. Charlton was a massive game that we screwed up but were still ok. Bristol City was a massive game that we screwed up. Actually, let's say it is our biggest game, we seem to do better with those!

It's the biggest game in our history if we assume history begins NOW. Who cares about the history before? It's all in the past.
