I bought 6 houses once, plus a hotel.
Great games of Monopoly it was!

She dealt with our house move in 2013. Very good. Proper pressing the sellers sols with questions that needed answering etc.

Plus you can actually go and meet with her unlike some of these conveyancing ones mortgage companies employ where it’s the red team or yellow team dealing with it, online and phone only sort of thing.

My brother was quoted £12k by Sharps. He found a local guy for less than a quarter of that.

I might be interested, I have a few non negotiables though. Drive or space for a drive. Large rear garden (400²m absolute minimum). North/South orientation for solar install. Send me a PM with a link if you want?

Decent drive.
No idea about orientation!!
Garden is a decent size for a new build but pretty sure not 400m2

EDIT.... pretty much North (front) South (rear) orientation

if you have a look on Google maps it'll give you an idea of which way the property faces. Google maps also has a measurement tool which you can use to trace around the perimeter of the garden.

Not really a house move thing, but can concur that Kunderts seem very proactive.
My late mum used them for years (they had an office just up the road in Bell Green at the time). They dealt with her's and my stepdad's wills, Power of Attorney, and a property transfer within the family. Even came out to her house for all the dealings as she was getting somewhat infirm (was a fella, but don't recall his name).
I reckon I can recommend them.

Can vouch for Kundert as well having used them a couple of times, once in 2017 and for my move recently in March - had Andrea on both occasions. She's a little more old school but very thorough. Did everything to get my sale done in time with the backdrop of the stamp duty coming back.
