Hey guys. I've been spamming Twitter and my poor poor Facebook friends.

I'm doing Movember and also promoting men's health by losing weight. Since 2010, I've ballooned, I've gone from 89(14st) kilos, to now 125(19st) so I'm in desperate need for a tune up and check up.

Donate, join me, or go get a annual check up. Anything would be good.

I'm also raising money for Movember by selling a line from my clothing brand. They're up for pre-order now and will be on general sale on 1st November. All pre-orders will be shipped in the first week on November.

80% of the proceeds are donated to Movember.

I'm 29 and have a perfect Goatee but no other facial hair. I couldn't grow a beard if I didn't shave for 12 months.

I'd have one of those T shirts if it wasn't for the £10.39 donation. If it was more like £7 total then it would be a bit more reasonable in MO opinion.

Why you make them so expensive? If it's for charity surely it'd be better to shift ten at £7 than 5 at £13?

If ya feel like chucking on a few bucks itd be great. Better yet, my girlfriend is mortified with the idea of the mustache, but she let me gain 35 kilos since I've met her. Mad.

10k. I am in no state at all to attempt that. Give me a week or two or some jogging and I will come back to you on that! It does sound great though!

I think they do it on purpose to make their man less attractive to other women...bizarre!
