Afternoon all,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the M1 Junctions 23-25 are closed again this weekend? I Know it was closed last weekend but have not seen anything thus far confirming it will be closed again tomorrow. Im planning to use the M1 at the moment unless anyones head anything?

oh no - I would avoid the M1 at all costs !

well, i live in Solhuill so will take the M42 - A42 ut will merge onto the M1 at 23A so dont wanna get there and its closed!

My daughter lives about a mile from the ground so I travel that way often. I always take the A46 just north of M1Services and turn off at the A606. This is just past the bridge at the end of the concrete section of the A46. Then follow signs for West Bridgeford

I don't believe M1 Junctions 23-25 is closed this weekend only last.

I use that part M1 most days. They r upgrading to smart motorway from just before east mids airport and it’s an absolute mare! I’m on train but I would follow ceetee’s Route above if I was driving even that route on. a Friday will be sticky on A46 by A6 top of Fester!

It was last week that junction 23a was closed as i was attending Endurance legends at Donington - part of the team running this baby - left Saturday 5.00 to get back to the Ricoh for the game- picked up my wife and it just started to rain as you all know and got a lot worse - got soaked
