I just started to watch the top 10 PL great escapes on the BBC iplayer, as I was convinced we would feature for our last day great escape at Spurs, but sadly not.

I did exactly the same and was confident the Spurs win would be there but alas no, the usual bias opinions of Lineker and co!

MoTD bizarrely has fallen into the trap of deleting its own history with the post 1992 focus. It's got a bit worse though, as the focus is now really post 2000 or certainly after the oligarchs had brought their dose of ruin to the party.

there are some good ones from other teams but 85 and 97 would certainly be there

Thought 1997 would be in but hey ho.
To be fair the cup finals one although it wasn’t spoken about much Shearer had 1987 in at number 2.
