For me was the players reaction when the final whistle blew. First time a really saw a positive and passionate reaction from the players. Starting to get the feeing that we're all I'm this together and pulling in the same direction. Pusb!!

Seeing goals down singers end ,anyone got any stats on which end is favourite for scoring and how many times we've lost the toss? Was a pleasing overall performance where personally i felt we were rarely threatened and looked comfortable for the most part.My impression was we dominated 65-35% not necessarilly backed up by stats .

Maybe it was just me but I never thought we were in any danger of losing, which makes a nice change.

I thought we deliberately put their keeper in the sun...

Was this one of the few occassions when we dominated for an entire match? however i don't always understand the argument that we only ever perform for one half, few teams seldom do ,unless you're UTD orCITY CHELSKI and teams of that ilk.

surprising ,no goalkeepers seem to wear caps anymore, maybe they all followed that American goallies lead .damn can't remember his name ,used to play for reading Wolves ,wearing blue tinted contacts ,reckoned it helped him pick up the ball clearer, marketing chance for Sisu here Sky Blue tinted contacts.

I agree - I assumed that we won the toss.

we won the toss - hence they kicked off - did the same in a previous game. We dont even test the keeper in the sus, but i think it is more as murphy doesnt like keeping into the sun

as regards murphy - excellent on Saturday

had his knockers, but no more mistakes over the season than westwood - Rated and would love us to hold on to him

Think he means Marcus Hanehmann. Think that might be spelt wrong.

I thought 1st half was pretty even but I couldn't see where either team were going to score from. Funnily enough I said to my mate at half time that bigi should come on for Thomas to liven up the right hand side, and that Shef was probably the one player on the pitch clinical enough to take a chance if he got one.

I'm not often right but it was a satisfying moment...

I think we had much the better of the 2nd half though, totally deserved the win

Perhaps it's Murphy's knockers that are leading concentration lapses in the back four.

best moment was the final whistle and the feeling of relief at getting 3 points.

It was not a good match, had pompey had a cutting edge we could have lost. The performance was ok - i think people are letting the improvement second half mask a lack luster performance first half. For once we took a couple of chances when pompey didnt.

Thought the Pompey support gave their side great backing from first minute till the last

I think it's safe that we'll hold onto him. Under contract and no team is likely to take him off our hands are they?

i think he is in the top 2 keepers we have had since relegation (excluding those we came down with) - and not 2nd by a long way

We weren't great first half, but neither were they. I can't think of any chances in the first half they should have scored from - on the other hand, only a great save from Ashdown kept them from going 1-0 down.
