You're in the builidng trade ain't you? So I guess its foreign concept to you mate?

To be honest, after the initial utter ballache of having to build my own spreadsheet that is accepted & works for HMRCs MTD system....its a piece of piss.....

My accountant does my company accounts, payroll & my personal accounts......and charges me a fecking fortune for it.....so I do my company VAT as theres now way I'm paying them even more to add up a few xls columns.
